I’ve been trying to get transcripts for over a week now. I get a “Registration Error”, when I click on the link it takes me to a page listing common registration errors, one of them being a Freeze from Equifax.
I know the information I’m entering is correct. I contacted equifax and there is no freeze on my account.
I don’t get any errors or messages about Identity Protection or anything like that.
Any suggestions of where else I can find info on not being able to access transcripts? Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
