I was just wondering if a DDD can be given out any day of the week. I keep reading people say they have to wait for the Wednesday update or Saturday update. Can you wake up on a Tuesday and get a DDD or only those 2 days. I thought I read that WMR updated daily overnight. Thanks

Well….now that it is written as a law it’s no longer a hold up….it’s THE LAW.

The thing to watch for next year is the timing this year. IMO only seems to me that the intent is to make anyone getting credits to wait the 21 days…. at least.

Guess they consider the credits their money and they are gonna make sure anyone that claims them deserves them. Even if it takes longer than we would like… Have gotten used to over the years.

It doesn’t seem like anyone is going to benefit any longer by filing much before the open of tax season… It will just add to the wait. Unless you just want to get them out of the way.

Well yes they are making money on it. That’s why it’s stupid to claim 0 during the year when your the hot with at least 2 kids, you should be claiming 10, why let the government use your money and gain interest on it for free all year.

I want to know while our refunds are held up, are they earning interest on our money? That probably has a lot to do with it as well. We don’t get the interest that’s for sure. This is not stimulus to economy.

Last year, 2015, had my DDD on a Wednesday, the year 2014&2013 were Mondays, and 2012 a Friday. So random!
