I haven’t been able to order transcripts… It’s always said one was not available. Then today I got this…

A Tax Return Transcript for 2015 has already been ordered within the last two weeks. A transcript takes 5-10 days to be processed and delivered.
If you did not order this transcript, or you believe it has been more than 10 business days since you ordered it, please contact us at 1-800-908-9946.
If you need more than one copy of your transcript you are allowed to make copies for your personal records.

  It means you ordered one and its being sent.. You can’t order another.. The one you ordered is on its way.
  
  I would be careful.. I’d be afraid of receiving a ID flag.. I would be careful when calling often..

  I too received the same message. I ordered my transcript over a week ago, I hope it means we will have a direct deposit soon
