The nice woman I spoke to on the phone said that our refund had not been released yet and there were no issues with it. They expect all PATH refunds that DO NOT have any other issues or offsets etc to be released by Feb 18. So it may be TUESDAY before a majority of us see any movement as Monday is a federal banking holiday and depending on the settlement date on the ACH transfers up to Friday before deposits that also depends on your financial institution and whether they make the funds available immediately such as rush card or NetSpend, but it is still up to thier discretion. They only have to make the funds available to you by the settlement date not the entry date.
