Called h &r emerald card got a DDD (filed HOH eic etc)

So i normally come to this site to review other peoples information and to checl updates. I figured i would let everyone know that i filed HOH Eic on 1/17 was accepted 1/18 one bar on wmr for approximately 4 days then the path message until currently. I saw on here people were calling the card to see if their was a date available so i was curious and called. The rep i spoke with said i have a ddd of Feb 9th. So i am not sure how the government is processing this year because i do not think i will have to wait until the 15th. I will keep everyone updated my wmr still has path message hopefully the information the rep gave me is true! But im not getting my hopes up until i see it in my account lol!

I just hope the information she gave me is true i was definitely expecting to wait until the 15th but im not sure i will call later in the week and update if its been sent to my account or if its pending.

The person who i spoke with i believe it was a rep named Tiffany and all i did was follow the prompts for info on the tax refund and when they gave me the automative reply i hit 0 and spoke with her. I asked her if on this day i am practically guaranteed the money and she said to me that everyone who she gave the date on their account to got their.money at that time and didnt have issues. She did however tell me to check irs.gov for the most uptodate information.

Okay i just spoke with someone about the emerald card ddd. And that is the standard 21 days from the opening day. IT has nothing to do with the irs ddd. I asked her and she said that we need to go by the irs dates.

I also filed 1-17 and accepted 1-18. Also the same about path act message and i also have been calling my card but never have talked to a person. Can u tell me what u did to talk with someone and what u asked to get that info.

I was able to order my transcripts by 1/31 by mail but i do not have the codes and could not access the transcripts online due to not having the right information. Im hoping that what the person said is true!

Jess-do you know what your cycle date and processing date on your transcript say?

I have the same thing H&R Block and the path message. Filed on the 13th excepted on the 17th. But I’m waiting for a direct apposite. I wish it was someone I could call Lol fingers crossed
