      Anyone else have the same problem. filed 1/28, got accepted 1/28 for both fed and state.. I checked my status now on FTB website for my state refund and this is whats showing ??

      We are unable to provide your refund status online using the information you provided.
      You can try again to be sure you entered your information correctly.
      Your refund may need one more day to complete processing. Try again in one business day.
      If you have a MyFTB account, log in to verify your contact information

      anyone else having the same message???

          Finally mine updated today to processing.. I guess it takes a couple of days or weeks for them to update into the system.. Now the waiting begins for DDD!!!

            I was accepted last Tuesday and FTB would not pull up my info. I called Monday night and it found me no problem. got my direct deposit yesterday. 🤷🏻‍♀️

              Yep, still getting that message and I filed back on 1/12, but my tax person didn’t submit my return until Monday, 1/28. I’m going to call the FTB if I’m still getting this message on Friday.

                I have the exact same message. I filed on 1/17, got accepted 1/22.
