so theres been a debate online whether or not your return will be rejected by amex bluebird if you arnt the main acct holder. in my case, my wife files seperately from me. she in 13 and 14 had her refund put on my bluebird acct she has acard for. neither year was rejected by bluebird. last year we used had a check sent instead. my contention is , if your money goes to sbbt first, they will then forward on to bluebird via ach direct deposit with zero issues. IF you payed fees up front, your return is instead coming straight from treasury dept and THATS when your dd info will be checked with bluebird and if not the main you will be rejected. sbbt as far as i know, does not do this verification and just pushed through DD through the ach system. post here if you have amex bluebird reject your refund FROM SBBT ONLY
