Ok, I’ve been wondering how daily vs weekly works. For the past couple of years i pulled my account transcripts and for 2012 my cycle code was 20120702 and for 2013 it was 20130901….does this mean that I’m a daily accelerated since the cycle codes don’t end with an 05?? And – if anyone knows the answer to this – what criteria does the IRS use to put people in those two different categories, why would I be a daily or a weekly? And, could I be a daily last year and a weekly this year? Any information or advice would be much appreciated.
I’m trying to figure out when I might see a change on both my transcripts and/or wmr. So here’s my situation – I filed my taxes on 2/13 and was able to pull my account transcript on 2/17 but it says no return filed with all 00’s, has my old address, and for filing status it says single although I filed a joint return with my husband. The only date it shows is the “as of” date which is March 9th, and from what I’ve learned – if I’m not mistaken – by counting backwards 21 days it means that they didn’t actually accept or start processing my refund until 2/17. If this is the case, I realize it’s technically only been 4 days and in trying to be patient but I need this money in the worst way right now!! The wmr website/app has been the same, stating I have been accepted, with the amount of my refund and the standard TT 152.
Anyone with information or advice please comment!! Also if you are going through a similar situation please share so I know I’m not alone, surely there are others experiencing this same ‘stagnate’ phase with no progress whatsoever!!! Thanks again for any input!! :)
