Blank Account Transcripts NOT N/A Account Transcripts

Has anyone experienced where their account transcript and wage and income transcript suddenly popped up and was accessible, but when you clicked on it, it said “no return filed” with all zeroes? Or do you know anyone who has? If so, do you remember how long it took to get any codes after that, including your 846 or DDD code? Few days, a week, weeks, etc? I heard this blank transcript occurrence means you’ve been resequenced.

PS. I tried to ask this same question elsewhere and everyone who answered talked about NA transcripts. I’m talking about account transcripts for this year that popped up sometime after you filed, but show “no return filed,” they are NOT N/A. The link you click on is the applicable tax year like you would to access your transcripts online if they did have something on them. Usually when account transcripts pop up after you file and before you get your 846/ddd show when your return was accepted and your cycle code. And however many days later you get your 846/ddd. In this case, it’s like the initial account transcript appearance EXCEPT it doesn’t show anything under transactions. It literally is an account transcript that says “no return filed.” I hope this was clear enough…

@rhood711 You over thinking it once the IRS accept your return the next day your transcripts say NA also no return filed than say like mine my bottom two was generated meaning someone has looked at resequenced did something to my return so it than uploaded(bottom 2 only) with 2022 but when you open it it say no return filed with all zeros with a tracking number…..WHAT DID I SAY WRONG?

@NaturalMe (part 2)…Meaning, usually even account and wage and income won’t be clickable and will show the na and not 2022 until then. It was NOT my first login. In prior years, it has meant for some people that they were in the errors department. But, it can mean anything, including irs had a hiccup when they ran that batch through.

@Dani so far I’m hearing from people who have had this issue this tax season and had it resolved that it was resolved somewhere between 7 to 12 days. So, let’s hope!

@NaturalMe actually, all four transcripts usually will be NA for most people until their return is entered in as “return filed” and they receive a cycle code prior to whenever it updates a few days later with an 846 code.

Meeeee… following! at first it was wages when I click it was blank then it was account transcript that’s blank also says no return . And the top two still say n/a.

@rhood711 Transcripts not available coincide with no return filed you get the transcripts NA at the initial login but when you click on 2022 it will say no return filed I have the exact same thing your seeing when we process everything will be available YOUR TRANSCRIPTS AND YOUR RETURN YOU FILED FOR 2022 WITH CODES HOPEFULLY code 846
