Beyond confused…

Hi, I filed on 1/20…have a small offset so I was expecting a little bit of a delay even though it says there won’t be one so up until about two days ago I hadn’t really checked much of anything. Anywho, filed with my street adress as I’m 99% positive I always have. I was able to order account transcript days ago with street address. I tried to call this morning to see if return transcript was ready and I noticed instead of street number it was asking for a po box number…I do have one, so I just entered it out of curiosity and it let me order the 2015 return transcript…so I called to verify address, the lady at the IRS said that the po box number was what they had on file even though I know for a fact it’s not what I used. She also said that even if I was able to order a return transcript it would be completely blank. That makes no sense to me since all I’ve been hearing/told is that once return transcript is available your return is processesd. and…how do they have my po box on file!? I’m so ready for this to be over. It’s not even that much money, but just the fact that I have to try to be a detective and decode all of the different answers I get/see about this stuff..it’s driving me nuts!
