      Does anyone have any experience with waiting on a refund while owing previous years taxes ,does owing money slow down your refund any?accepted 2/14 no wmr movement and can’t access transcript I figured I’d be gotten refund by now

          That should not slow down your return. If you are due a refund, they will simply process your return as regular, then take what they need, then issue the rest. With your date, I would assume you may get your refund on Wednesday (assuming you will get one).

            Mine were processed within a week and a half after accepted. I owed taxes from 17. Though I did not receive a refund since my EIC and RRC were used for the offset.
