      so, I’m assuming on 3/15 is when i’ll get a DDD

      anyone else has this issue, including transcripts showing N/A?

          No. The As of date on your transcript does not provide any pertinent information regarding your refund. If your transcripts are N/A, then they haven’t processed your return yet. When they do process it, you’ll see a cycle code, and when they approve your refund, you’ll see TC (transaction code) “846 Refund issued [date].”
