This website’s FAQ states: “The “as of date” is a date that the IRS designates as a day which something needs to be done by on the return or it pushes out a week.”

Mine is March 7th. I’ve got N/A for the 2021 return and record of account transcripts.

What’s your experience with the “as of” date? Some say it can be informative and some say it means nothing.

Been on hold with the IRS for an hour now. :-)

I’m going to pray we all get updates this week. Just got off the phone with the IRS after holding for about 90 minutes (not as long as I expected). I explained the N/A transcripts to her and she put me on hold twice to research my account. She could not find anything wrong with it or holding it up. She just stated that it hadn’t been processed yet. Now…. she may be new and not know what she’s talking about…. so I will call back again Friday if I don’t see any changes by then.

Hi! Same here, accepted 1/24, as of date was 2/28 a couple of weeks ago, path lifted and is now 3/7/22. I have an offset from 2018 and that as of date is saying 3/7/22 as well. Lost TT152 this week and the tax period ending date, just my expected amount is there. My as of date last year was 5/3/21 and I received my 846 refund issued on 4/14/21. I am hoping this is the week I update!
