codes 766+768+806-150 should be your refund amount

I agree with @AmandaGeorgiaGirl… your 150 code (amount owed to IRS) is subtracted from total of 768 and 766 code. The remaining balance will be refund amount. All Pather’s should update starting tonight and we should be seeing DDD’s on transcript! WMR updates are slow!

If you have 0.00 on line 150 you don’t have anything to worry about!

We will update Friday morning with a DDD of next week. That seems to be the consensus everywhere. Please don’t think you have some kind of delay because the transcript credits are more than your refund amount. The IRS did not adjust or correct your return. Plus, code 150 is the amount of taxes due and is subtracted from all your refundable and non refundable credits. The difference is your refund amount which is the same amount you already see at top of transcript. Congrats!

Code 150 is just your “taxable amount”. It’s unsure if it’s a credit or an offset for you. But, do t worry too much about it.

My as pf date changed from 2/14 to 2/21. My sister who is a Pather has received her refund. I don’t understand why my changed. Anyone else?

Same here guys. All the credits.amounts visible except 846 refund code. I been the same cycle for as long as I been doing taxes. 20220505. Filed 1/21.acceted 1/24, 1 bar next day. NOW THE DREADED PATH MESSAGE. Received my refund early just 1 time, in 2015 in test batch. My experience is they never refund even 1 day earlier than the as of date with us PATHERS.

thats what im hoping too for this weekend but im prepared incase we have to wait until next weekend for that DDD for the 23rd instead :( someone on here said that maybe those with the 2/14 processing date would be this weekend but im still very hopeful we will update from path to DD on saturday (fingers crossed)

Same message. Transcripts says N/A. Account transcripts just says as of 02/21/2022 however my old info from last year is there with no update codes or credits. So I know my return hasn’t been processed yet. I got this update Saturday morning. I’m 05 cycle code. Friday was one bar now I just have your same message, no bars.

Updated FEB. 4th with as of date 2/21/2022 . No other updates codes, processing date, ect. In my experience this means my transcripts wont update again until after the 21st . Anyone with current processing dates and codes could/should update anytime before the 21st .

Path here. Filed free tax USA on 1/26. Accepted same day. WMR updated to path notice somewhere between then and this last Saturday I believe.
Math adds up per my transcript. As of and processing dates are 2/21/22. No DDD yet. But my cycle code ends I’m 02 so I am assuming I am daily?

More than certain your next update will be a DDD, if I have to guess, you will get that update next week either Wednesday or Saturday and it will be DDD for the 17th or 18th. I’m in the same boat but I’m a weekly. Just updated to path today. Good luck!

Does anyone know… I updated to the Path message, I do have a few codes on my transcript and believe I am a daily. If I updated to the PATH message does that mean my return and refund is done/approved and just waiting to release? Or could it still be “processing”? Just wondering if all I am waiting on is the release or not.

You get back the w2 withholding and the 766 768
Mine add up you add those 3 lines and minus the 150 line if you don’t have a number beside the 150 then add up the w2 the 766 and the 768 should add up if not you will most likely see an adjustment to your return

@Mythicalgems I do have a 150, it has a date of 2/21 and an amount of 613.00. My W2 806 line does have a -number. My 768 and 766 don’t add up to what I had my refund at. Maybe they found something different?

You guys need to look up right under the 150 code
You will see w2 withholdings and a – before it means you will get that and the 766 768 at the bottom back should add up to what you thought your return would be
Mine adds up perfectly and I do have an amount beside the 150 code
