As of Cycle Date Changed

After seeing that many people have been able to see their return and account trancripts, I decided to see if mine have changed. I filed 01/17 accepted 01/18 and have been looking at a blank account transcript since last Friday. The only information available on it was the “As of cycle date of 02/13/2017”. Now it is still blank, but the as of cycle date has changed to 02/20/2017. I feel like a majority of the people who filed from 01/12/17-01/19/17 are constantly being resequenced. I have a simple return with No EIC or ACTC. Is anybody else seeing the same thing?

I believe that when you’re able to see return transcript then you’re done processing.
