I was just curious if anyone passed their 21 days from accepted date(Is that today?). I should be hitting my 21 days on Wednesday, 2/10. Has anyone called the IRS as to why they haven’t rec’d anything passed the 21 days? Or did you receive before the 21 days with only one bar?

Also, when do you get your DDD? Does that happen with the second bar?

      TT
      Filed 1/19
      Accepted 1/20
      Ordered Transcripts 2/3

I’m 21st day in Valentines Day and since that’s a Sunday I won’t be able to reach anyone until the 15th….Im trying to be good and not call but if there isn’t a change come tomorrow I’m just gonna say I filed on the 19th and see if I can get some answers!

Day 21 was today. I know because I called yesterday and they told me I’d have to call back today.

Called today and was told my return was sent to Taxpayer Protection. Called TP and had to answer 5 identity questions. Dude said my return could now be processed and it could be up to 9 weeks before refund. He also said that most would be processed within 2 weeks.

I have an ID VERIFY issue.. Had one last year..

I called to make sure everything goes through..

They won’t look at tax returns or take socials at all.. Because 21 days is tomorrow..
Yeah that’s every agents excuse for today… Seriously what else are the people fielding these calls doing? How is it hurting them to answer people.? They have to sit there all day answering the calls.. So why can’t they answer questions? Simple questions..

considering they will keep getting calls constantly.. not only the attitude of most of these people is unbearable.. a handful of good people who sound like they at least finished school work here..

The IRS counts 21 days from the day they formally begin accepting returns (1/19) or whatever day after that you file and are accepted. Tomorrow will be 21 days from opening day.
