Spooky, I did id verify. Then they sent me a CP05 letter for another 45 day wait. Mines coming to an end here the 19th. So we shall see!!

Week three coming up after ID verify over the phone, after I went in person and was told I didn’t have to do that. Almost certain it’s going to be another 6 weeks as I’m sure that there pushing back stacks and stacks to review. Oh… and we were accepted January 28! Can’t wait to NOT receive another letter come week 9 asking for something else. What a complete and utter Joke the IRS is!

I verified at an IRS office 5/9 and still said still processing. Does it usually take the nine weeks I’m going on 7 weeks now

I verified 5/7 and still nothing folks. No updates on WMR and when I called last week they said I have to wait out the 9 weeks. Sucks balls! When I verified they it takes 9 weeks but they been getting them out much, much sooner, usually 2-3 weeks.

I don’t think she told me, just said i would get a letter, which was mailed weeks prior i never received initially. Another rep hinted about the local office so I called and made an appt. The lady I spoke with seemed to indicate I passed but who knows.

I guess I have another question. If you fail to verify your identity do you find out on the phone when you call or do they send you yet another letter?? This is all so annoying!

I verified on Monday afternoon. My WMR still hasn’t updated. Still says my return is being processed with topic 152 blah blah. I’m so pissed I filed in late March.

My delivery notification showed that my letter is in the mail today.

After I called twice, once with a TA, and had them verify the address they mailed it to (both times reading me my current address), it was mailed to my old address and, through some stoke of luck, forwarded to my current address.

And this morning I learned that my checking account has been compromised and I have to close it.

And that’s the account the IRS was supposed to DD to.

Worst. Day. Ever.

Mean while f/a 1/29.. transcripts are blank. First letter never received. Called back 2/27 2nd letter supposedly sent and I have yet to get that one. How can I verify myself if they aren’t giving me the tools to do so :(

I updated on 3/3/18, I did my ID verify on Monday 2/26… so it took about 5 days to give me a DDD

Filed and accepted 2/12/2018. Nothing happened. No updates. Received ID verification letter on 3/02/2018. I thought odd as we have lived in the same place, had the same jobs, same deductions, used the same banks for at least 10 years.

Called and confirmed ID today, 3/05/2018. I was told it would be another NINE weeks.

They asked for my ss#, my spouse’s ss#, my address, my birthday, spouse’s birthday, both our full names. Both my parent’s name’s. Mother’s maiden name. My place of birth. I think that was about it. I’ll update if it get a ddd.

They asked for my social, my address , name one of th companies I received a w2 from in 2016 the total income reported on that w2 and the total federal withholding . Literally just 6-10 questions fairly easy process . It’s the waiting process afterwards that’s so long .
