  DDD 4/17 emerald card with fees taken out. Anybody get theirs yet? I never used this card before and calling these people is useless. Never again. I shouldve stuck with turbo tax and net spend .

  F/A 2/10 WMR just was on we received your tax return and is BEING processed message for over a month. Couldn’t order scripts because I don’t have an active loan or whatever. I never got a letter or ID verify or called. I just let it do it’s things because I have zero patience for sitting holding a phone to my hear smh

  What was your process? Did info go away ? Did u have STILL processing? Did u get 45 day letter? Any info would help
