NOTE: Method will only work if you filed 1099

Head over to ssa.gov and if you see 1099 amount on 2021 income, you were APPROVED.

Checked today and now my 1099 income is included as well.

This will not work for W-2 only because your employer reports your income to ssa.gov.

Now waiting for DDD which should be posted tomorrow or next week Saturday for me. Good luck everyone.

Yes.

Employers report W-2 to ssa.gov so this method won’t work. But 1099 is reported to ssa.gov by the IRS. So if it’s showing, It’s been APPROVED.

Just have to wait for DDD now.

My husband is self employed and has no other 2021 income, save for unemployment. Transcripts are fully viewable, with matching refund amount however no 846 as of yet. Likely because we are PATH with EIC, CTC etc.

I checked his account with SSA and it only showes total income earned for 2021; the figure does match up with his SE wages on return. So is this the same? Meaning APPROVED, as you say? And so what does that mean then, actually? Lol. Thanks!

i saw my ssa updated and im self employed. i hope it means everything is done and waiting for path to lift. cant get transcripts and so i had to look for other ways. my state is under review because apparently they are having trouble approving forms from tt. i need something to get me through so i hope its the irs
