Anything happening on H&R Block Emerald Card???

I filed with hr block and recieved the text every 5 days that there’s no activity…and the link provided in the text brings me to the hr block app that shows state and fed. Is pending…..

  Filed 2/5/20 as of today 2/19/20 it says still being processed. And my block app says my taxes are complete and being prepared to be sent. Does anybody have a clue what this means. There both telling me different things. Help!!!!!!!

  I filed with hrb online and at first it said to check on feb 27 and then now says feb 22….
