ANYONE WHO USED SBTPG!!!

Just talked to a very helpful and nice rep at IRS.. my funds were sent via DD to SBTPG (got my fees taken out of my refund for 2019 filing).. So the last 4 digit of the account number showing under the checking account was my last 4 of SSS.. so she said SBTPG got our checks..
I tried calling SBTPG .. of course no answer!

So might be a while before we get a check by mail.. Because SBTPG needs to reject the DD and IRS will issue a check and mail it to us !

So Annoying !! never again with SBTPG ! Just because Turbo Tax said SBTPG forgot to inform IRS their bank account is close !

  Yeah, that’s not gonna happen. The IRS says it doesn’t have time for that shit. Too busy with tax season. Poor babies!
