😭 the IRS woman just said that since I claimed both credits mine won’t be released until the 27th or after but that ain’t fair because I FILED ON 1/29 AND OTHER PEOPLE WHO FILED THAT DAY HAVE THEIR DDD IF WMR DONT UPDATE FOR ME TONIGHT on my life I’m never doing taxes before 2/15 again. I’ll be going into a Great Depression since my ass won’t even be able to get on this site since I can’t pay my phone bill or any other bills without it due to my wonderful car breaking down 😊 she even put me on hold to pull up my info I really hope she was just saying what she had to…but she said that I was still processing because the credits…I swear last lady I spoke to said differently.

Filed and accepts 1/29. Nothing. “Being processed” this is frustrating. I just want answers now.

BUMP!
Any updates for anyone who can view their transcripts?😊 I’m waiting on the phone for IRS rep to see if I’ve been issued a DDD yet…won’t throw a fit if I have to wait until WMR updates but it would be great to not be in the dark any longer since I can’t view my transcripts online! -

Filed and accepted on the 28th. I’ve been able to view my transcript for two weeks, and it’s complete aside from the 846 for refund released. Sigh.

@deepalms how is the accurate. My transcripts say processed Feb 26th last year and I teceived my refund on Feb. 22nd the processing date does not have anything to do with that.

Thanks for the info @Becky. Unfortunately, if that was entirely accurate we would not have some peopl,e who filed prior to February 15th, but both before and after January 28th/29th, getting their returns before those who filed on January 28th/29th.
The process this year is random. It’s not right, and it’s not fair, and should be changed. But it is what’s happening and we have to move forward expecting chaos.
Good Luck!

The 21-day mark starts on the date your transcript says it’s processed. So mine said 2/18/2019 so 21-days after that they said I’ll get my refund. March 11

I agree @Mommajess, anyone who hasn’t heard anything by the 27th should definitely get a tax advocate.

Same for me and I filed January 28th!

Hoe lotta bullshit Becky, that’s all they’re giving us and will continue to give us. So over it.

E-file 1/28, accepted the same day. Called IRS today.
Reply” anyone who filed before February 15th was held for review, for 7 more days to allow more time for reviiew. Not to worry though no errors or issues. Date refund accepted is not the date they received it. Basically after they decide how to shuffle you dates around so your now on your 21 days then add 7 more days for refund to be released. So really I wasn’t told why I don’t have, nor will I get my refund for 7 more days. Sounds like lots of lies, excuses and poor work this tax season for IRS employee”s -

Damn 😭 I’m sorry to hear that, I hope it doesn’t take that long for you either!!!Dj
Thank you for the info!! If it’s not within the next 6 days I’m going to look into getting a tax advocate, not entirely sure if they’ll help, but I’m not waiting any longer than the 27th for a DDD. WHY CANT THEY JUST GIVE US THAT 🤦🏻♀️ -

Filed 1/28 and ACCEPTED same day.
Eventually, PATH msg
Now IS processing (NOT STILL)My mother runs a professional tax company (similar to H&R Block). After she spoke with her tax filing software company they informed her that they are taking returns in a somewhat random matter this year, not in the order in which they were received. But they also told her that ALL EIC etc, without offsets or errors that require more attention, will be fully processed by the 27th. Nothing in particular is causing the delay, it’s a combination of a lot of things: gov shutdown, temp workers, understaffed it’s, new laws, etc.
Unfortunately, this means that even people who are calling are not getting accurate information from agents/call center wkrs, ugh. Everyone, is getting the standard script answer of the 27th, because there is no way of knowing if your return was randomly chosen to be processed before another.
I guess that is good news, and bad. I know there is a major update coming on the 23rd, and hopefully most people get their information by then. I know I’m hoping for mine on the 23rd.
Good Luck everyone!

Taxes were accepted. But nothing but we are processing

filed 1/30. No movement, bar on wmr has disappeared, not DDD on transcripts. The fact that IRS was tooting it’s own horn about having 9/10 refunds in 21 days or less is a myth.
