So, anyone who made more or less in 2019 can use that income in 2020. And anyone who did this will be pulled for manual review, since the IRS didn’t update their system to accept 2019 income. Has anyone who filed this way received an update, transcripts or a refund? I filed 2/21 accepted 2/22 and haven’t seen anything.

Hey guys, filed 2/22, accepted 2/23. EITC, CTC, HOH, 3 kids, used lookback 2019’s income. I called the IRS and they said I have a DDD of 5/10. I haven’t received any mail or updates. No Bars, no change on my as of date of 3/15, transcripts say,”No tax return has been filed”, WMR says,” still processing”. It’s been 10 weeks and 1 day and it will be 11 weeks when I get the deposit. It seems to be a trend of people getting movement on their 10th and 11th week lately. Good luck!!

@Prissy well it looks like even if they did get it, then it would be sitting in the errors dept. All of us that filed that way is in errs, not cus they have errs, but cus they needed a place to put the “more complicated” tax returns until they catch up & have a chance to get to them.Hopefully they will get urs when they have finally picked up speed & can finish urs right after they receive it.Just look at it as sitting in a bin at USPS rather than sitting in a bin at the IRS errs dept.

Well the shittiest thing is if you do refile and it does pop up then you have to deal with an amended return.

@TishTheDish yes thats when i filed and accepted. I noticed that pattern too and i hope youre right theres also some in those accepted filing dates that didnt update so im trying to have faith but that part makes no sense to me.

@Wilma … So you filed about the same time around 2/23? Have you spoke to the IRS? I feel like our time is coming up cus 2weeks ago it was a lot of 2/1-2/7 that got their returns, 1 week ago was 2/7-2/14, and this week it was a lot of 2/14-2/20. Surely that’s not a coincidence.

@ aprilsxtn … I hope now that they are finishing up stimulus payments, they can focus on tax returns now. It should start moving faster atleast.

I have no idea where my 2019 taxes are, been told so many different things someone said they can see some but didn’t all load, and give it time got a letter last year that they transferred them, it’s unreal and even efiled them, yea I am just so, so irritated at this point. Do not feel like I should have to pay out of pocket yet again to refile! IDK I feel like they lost a lot of people’s taxes and blowin smoke

filed and accepted 4/2. I used last years income and still waiting. It says still processing and transcripts n/a. I was told by an irs employee that it’s taking an average of 30 to 45 days of being in the errors dept before someone can look at it.
