Anyone use Liberty Tax with RT

Anyone use Liberty tax with refund transfer? It shows where they recieved my DD, and have taken fees out.. just have no clue when they will deposit it.

Here is the funny part. If you call that jth number it tells you they still havent received it even though it’s been showing pending since friday.

I used liberty tax with RT and advance! They recieved 2/18 took there fees and still no deposit to me! 2/22! I am depositing on cash app all because I did not want Wells Fargo to hold it longer! I am getting very impatient!

I filed 2/9, accepted 2/10, got a ddd of 2/24 on 2/17 & the Liberty tax app showed they got it & their money on 2/18 & it’s still pending on their app. But I’m 80% confident we should have it tomorrow the 22nd. Next year tho we’re filing on our own. We’re not getting big refunds anymore now that 3 of our kids are over 18 n moved out + we’re in a higher tax bracket. The $500 we pay Liberty to do our taxes is deff noticeable & hurts this years return lol

i quit using liberty after last year. their bank held the funds for a 4 days longer then should have and then it was again held by my bank. first time ever it was 2 weeks later then DDD date
