I have a dd for 2/22 , but had fees taken out thru sbtpg so far it says unfunded. Have anyone been funded today with a dd of 2/22?

My ddd was 2/22 sbtpg says my account was funded on the 18th and I received a email from tt saying that my money was received and I should get it In a day or 2 and still have got nothing. I used cash app as my bank so idk why I haven’t gotten anything yet. Does anyone have info?
I have CashApp and SBTPG is showing funded and that it’s been funded to my bank. But my funds are not available on CashApp, have you received yours?

Mine is showing that it’s funded as of 2/23/22. Does anyone know how long it takes to show as available funds in my bank once it shows funded on SBTPG ?

I got mine at 6:30 this morning. My refund said returned and sbtpg said they refunded it on the 18th but I never got anything. This morning was freaking out because of how shady this bank is and they finally deposited it! Check yours. I have wf

I have ddd 2/24 and filed with H&R block and used refund advance I received my refund Friday 18th at midnight so technically Saturday 19th this was also same with my best friend but his younger brother who also filed same time we did and had same ddd said his ddd date disappeared and went back to processing so if you had ddd 2/24 and didn’t receive it I’d call irs Tuesday morning.

And getting upset or mad at someone else opinion is a waste. Do you really think people with dd for the 24th going to magically jump people with a dd of the 22nd no, like I said people with dd for the 22nd will most likely see their funds later tonight or early in the morning as for the dd of 24th will be Wed at the earliest.

Sweetie you don’t have to believe me, but if you going through sbtpg you won’t see funded until the 23rd, but you can believe what you want, and for the ones that got theirs already, majority paid upfront or did not deal with sbtpg.

Not to mention everyone situation is not alike. Some people who had the ddd of the 24th got theirs on Friday with no problem. Not to mention some people who had fees taken out fit theirs over the weekend because their bank does that.

How do you. U don’t know who people bank with. I might receive my tonight or tomorrow. I dislike how everyone know or can tell people when they are supposed to get their money. Please don’t assume. It’s bad enough people are upset. It makes it worse for other people

People with 2/22 dd will see deposits later tonight into tomorrow morning. People with fees taken out and dd is 2/24 will see their money sometime Wednesday into Thursday Morning.

So people are complaining because they won’t get they’re refund until THE ACTUAL day irs says based on the fact that IRS says you would get your refund by certain date there is no lawsuit to be had all you can do is go with another tax preparer like JH that charge you 500 to 600 if not more and you get your refund early but have to pay more than a measly 40 dollar fee

Next year i will be going to another tax site and pay fees UPFRONT i would gave gotten mine even with an offset on Thursday latest Friday so now because of this stupid holiday weekend i wont see it till Tuesday which is my actual DD. This is a lesson learned they charge way too much and at least republic is on the ball they release funds way faster than SBTG people got it funded Friday morn and got their money by that night but its all of us who use turbo that are waiting that’s no coincidence

I have a DDD of 2/22 The IRS released my money on Wednesday and I had an offset that they took out prior to SBTG getting my refund so it delayed it by a day but they got it on Thursday and then Friday it updated to funded and i was waiting like everyone else friday night for it to hit my chime account it said sent 2/18 so i know it was sent but chime claims they don’t see any incoming or pending deposits

Yeah I wouldn’t count in it any sooner. Their holding our refunds. Someone yesterday called and they told him between 2-24 and 3-1.. I’ve seen people claiming they didn’t even get theirs on the ddd and the irs told them the funds were released. I’m definitely never going thru sbtpg ever again for the simple fact that they lie and claim they don’t hold and their clearly holding!! It’d be different if we knew up front that they didn’t deposit early!

SBTPG they are open today and tomorrow even though its a holiday. Refunds are showing as pending but, not processing till Tuesday for DD on your DDD!

You are spot on!TT paid fees upfront but still went to SBTPG. Called, spoke with Marie, SBTPG rep, stated refund is pending but, they do NOT process on weekens or Holiday(Monday is one) earliest Tuesday to start processing, wont see my refund until day of or after. Im beyond pissed off! Plus being charged $40 for processing! The longer they hold our fund, the more interest they make. Imagine how much that comes out to be! Im done with TT

I have a day for 2/24 but it will be sent out as a check from sdtpg they said on 2/24 they will send the check out how long does it take to receive the check I’m in Ohio and the bank that’s sending it is in Ohio as well

Sbtpg is horrible all the way around. Their charging us fees that they shouldn’t be and their holding our money so they can make more money off us!! Their rather crooked if you ask me! All these extra $40 are gonna add up to millions probably!

It’s a big bunch of BS!! They advertise that they send your refund to you as soon as they receive it! Why else would they hold it other than drawing interest on OUR money!! That’s so screwed up! Everyone needs to file complaints about sbtpg to TurboTax!!

SBTPG rep said they had my funds since yesterday & still have not took the fees she said we have until the 2/24 I said so I won’t get mine till that date she said correct. So If I had paid fees upfront I would have it. She said yes. So unfair to hold money for days for less then $100. So nope I’m good on turbo next year & going forward if I do mess with them I will pay my fees up front. I hope this helps anyone 2/24 Fees Turbo & chimes

Ok , so refund DDD 2/24. Turbo tax just updated my payment as complete within the last two hours , but SBTPG still hasn’t updated to show they received money , of course … go figure , right?! Never again dealing with SBTPG

My ddd was 2-16 but still seen nothing. I filed Tt with the credit karma card. I called and they was no help. Sbtg has not responded to my help ticket I put in Thursday. And there is no offset so I don’t know what’s going I will never be using tt or credit karma again

Mine says funded as of 2.18. Reading everywhere, everyone says something different. They dont hold money, they do hold money, unfunded but got return already, they deposit on weekends, they dont deposit on weekends, money held until funds are actually received. Its like talking to a 3 year old.

There is no delay associated with the Refund Transfer and it may actually help you get your money faster, depending on your circumstances. The answer depends on whether or not you have a bank account.

My SBTPG showed funded yesterday & the fees were taken out. Posted 02/18 (ddd 02/22)nothing has come to my Credit Karma yet. According to SBTPG they’ve already paid me. I won’t use their service again though. Going back to Chime

I have a DDD of 2/22 and my SBTPG was updated today to funded. Says my money was posted to my bank account but I didn’t receive it. I should be receiving my money through credit karma. I wonder if they post during the weekend or we’ll just have to wait until 2/22

This is the 2nd reply that you’ve given bad and wrong advice. Sbtpg funds as soon as they get it unless there is an error on their end. It’s up to you bank to post it.

It won’t be funded or released until your actual DDD. SBTPG is not like those internet banks (Chime, Serve, Money Lion, Credit Karma)…
Let me explain to you how this actually works. The reason those banks release money “early” is simply because they allow you to access your money when they receive a pre-tender that money is coming. Most banks make you want until the actual money hits your account.
SBTPG don’t fund or release until they have possession of the actual money.

If I’m not mistaken they receive it the day before and process it if you have prepaid with fees you will most likely get it Friday at the earliest with Monday being the holiday
