      I filed 1/10, accepted 1/14, No ACTC or EITC. I had 1 bar and then it switched to 9001 code on 1/17 and been stuck there ever since.

          I filed and was accepted 1/15
          Still on 9001
          But transcripts did update this morning.
          I was certain I wasnt path, I went over my return line by line to see what the hold up was. I actually did qualify for AcTC this year, so that is why I am delayed. You might want to give your return a once over. The new tax laws took allot of people by surprise with these credits, which are automatically applied if you qualify. Best wishes.
