Lucky! I filed 1/27, idv 3/19. Only thing for me is I changed from still to being on wmr on 3/25 or 3/26.

Filed 1/28 didnt receive my 60 day review letter until 3/16. Ugh nothing still. Really sick of the bs. This year.

Still no movement or update transcript say N/A. Also checked the status of my stimulus payment and it says no record of me ever filing. Smh I am confused and at my wits end I’m not sure what to do. Someone said amend my taxes online but would that delay my taxes even more? Should I amend them?

I filed in January and received 2 letters from the IRS. One was a cpo5 on mar. 9 saying 60 day review and another letter I received last week saying they need another 60 days. Still haven’t received my money

@Fmhelton, I hope so for you, but my observations suggest otherwise. It appears frozen refunds are remaining frozen despite EIPs getting through.

@winchell No as far as I know they are not taking calls and using the extra time to process stimulus payments! Its just a waiting game as they are just moving slow and actually have an excuse this year. Last year it was shutdown and this year its virus. 8 week mark I will get a TA going but they said 6-8 weeks from the time you fax…… never thought it would take that long.

I just got off the phone with the TA and she looked at my case… she said my tips from work wasn’t seen by the IRS but she fixed it and sent it through today. Fingers crossed for movement. It’s a bit crazy to know that tips kept my taxes this long. She found it in 5 minutes of looking. That let’s me know they are short staffed. She also told me they’re working on 50% staff and it could be well up into May 18 to see movement. I hope not. Fingers crossed..

Nothing yet. TA supposed to be in touch with me today. Taxes accepted 2/4 path disappeared 2/15 received letter dated 2/20 for 60 day review no action. Told to wait until my deadline of 4/20. Called for TA because I really need my money at this point. All TA that call me tell me someone else will be in touch. This is so disappointing. I’m over begging for my own money.

For reference I f/a 1/27…path 2/15…checked ts 2/28 to see 570 for 3/2 and 971 notice issued for 3/9..called irs and was told 60 day review then changed to 45 day review do nothing..recieved cpo5 on 3/9 got a ta on 3/23 faxed last paystub 3/27..updated today with ddd for 4/15.

@TURBOTaxsux, does calling the IRS do any bit of good? I’m in a similar situation but I’ve never received any letters from the IRS needing anything more from me. Filed in early February.

@Fmhelton what’s been goin on??? Yeah I’ve been off and on for past couple of days I be feeling like I have to redirect my energy just decompress for awhile. But no update so far other then transcripts updating w/new address last Friday. I just kinda gave it to God at this point. I suppose to have a interview w/Sprint tomorrow so I’m praying for a good outcome since tomorrow is Good Friday. How you been tho?

Does mid February count cause I’m still waiting after I IDV on 3/16. Filed 2/21 went from “STILL” to “BEING” 3/18. Only update I have is that I was able to order transcripts with new address last Friday

Filed 1/31 With Jackson Hewitt the tax preparer told me I didn’t need my 1095a form obviously not true… so I’m still on being processed . Had my forms faxed in on 3/7 before I got my letter on 3/13 but still no movement and n/a on all my transcripts.
