I filed 2/2 accepted same day then got approved with a DDD for 2/18 which i never saw my money on my account that day, woke up this morning with 3 bars on wmr site and still no money, check the sbtpg site and it say that they havent receive my tax refund, i just check the sbtpg site still saying they havent receive my refund, a day before my DDD i receive an email from turbotax saying thank you for choosing them, so i was wondering if turbotax never receive my refund to take out fees why they send me that email thanking me for filing with them, this is so strange and confused, dont know what else to do

I got an advocate the first of February and I verified my identity on February 8. I received a DDD date for February 18 on February 12 and surprise surprise I didn’t receive my refund on the 18th. I didn’t receive the refund today (19th) so I called the Treasury Department and they said that they never initiated a direct deposit. I called the Advocate’s office after finding that out and my original advocate from the first of February (who actually called me on February 12 to tell me I would get the refund on the 18th) told me that the IRS pulled the refund and I will have to send in paystubs. I went through this with my 2012 refund and it took me until July 2015 to get a small refund for 2012. The IRS does what they want especially to the honest people.

Irs where’s my refund site says they sent my refund to deposit to sbbt yesterday (2/18) which was my DDD, I have called sbbt and they are saying they havent received it and nothing is pending. Has anybody else had this problem and what should I do.

WMR says sent 2/18 but sbtpg says they have not received anything yet.

Just a little FYI
SBTPG has received some refunds. The website says they have been sent as that is how it is set up in the system but the system does not send ACH until end of business day. Some banks that could be between 3-8 pm. If your financial institution is set up to only process ACH at the beginning of the day it will not be there until tomorrow morning. If you have a pre paid card it will probably happen some time tonight!

As of noon central time not in my account (walmart money network through metabank memphis) Sbbt shows its been sent though.

Really annoyed with the fact that my bank repeatedly tells me “we don’t hold funds, so as soon as the middle party bank disburses it…” I’m like “UHM LET ME STOP YOU THERE.. It has been disbursed on their end..” Lol I DO NOT mind waiting one more day, at all, but it scares the heck out of me at the thought that their basically implying that they haven’t received anything from any third party bank. I prefer them just be honest & tell me they hold it till my very DD day, which is perfectly fine.. I just wanna make sure it gets there! I had a horror experience last year with all the info being correct, yet our bank not knowing where on earth the money went, etc. so I want that money in my account even if it’s not available dang it!!! Lol okay guys, rant over, happy Taxmas to those who received early DD. lol

Who did you file w/ because not all places use SBBT? I filed w/ Atc and they use Refund Advantage to get fees… You might want to check there… -
@Sonia I would maybe find the contact number SBBT and call them. I’m not sure why it’s not showing anything for you guys. Sorry I can’t be of more help

@LABSMOMMA Yes, I’m entering my full amount before the fees. I’m not understanding what’s going on. My son DDD was set for the Feb 10th. WMR is saying refund sent, but on the SBTPG website his information is saying the same as mines- No Account found. I filed and accepted on the 29th. Received my DDD on the morning of the 13th for Feb 18th. No account found. Ughhh!

@sonia are you entering full refund before any fees? Also if your filing joint only the primary taxpayer will have an account.

Sbtp got my refund and released PayPal account not reflecting refund deposit and they don’t open until 8 blah

WOOHOO!! Just checked SBBT website, shows amount received, any minute now will be dispersed! Probably after the bank opens. YAY!

YAY!! SBBT dispersed refund!! But it hasn’t posted to my AMEX Bluebird yet. Supposed to be instant, but that’s okay!!! Just happy to know it’s coming!

Someone please help! How do I go about checking to see if SBTPG has received my refund? I go on their website and click Tax Payer. Then I click on Check Status of Refund (option 2). I enter my information, but it says my account doesn’t exist. Am I doing it right? Please help!

SBBT has received and dispersed my refund. Now just to wait for boa to let me have it tomorrow!

SBTPG updated this morning saying they rec’d the money, deducted TT fees and sent the deposit along. I assume I will see it by Friday.**still at 2 bars in WMR and TT still only says “accepted,” so those systems may just be slow to update?

I called my bank (pnc ) today, they said if any dd were made since Friday they haven’t processed anything ( because yesterday was a holiday he stated ) so tonight at midnight is the next time their system processes dd that came threw since last time they were open Friday, so I am Hoping not to have to wait until tom night at midnight. Got a ddd sat morn of 2/18 …..accepted on the wonderful day of 2/4.
My sister was accepted on the 30th and had her money I her account, available by the 8th, and that’s a Monday which as we all know by now goes against the only one day a week of dd from irs.

I use taxslayer I filed on to 2/5/16 I also have to take it out through SBBT and I have a direct deposit of 2/18/2016..nothing yet ppl ..if a timd frame helps i filed specifically at 9:30pm,and i have a small offset

I called the Treasury and they told me they didn’t have any deposit yet, that they’ll have it the day before or the day of.

What I don’t get is why they don’t have it when peoole who DON’T have fees taken out already have theirs. The US Treasury sends in one batch per day. They don’t pick and choose. SBBT must be holding.

I filed 2/6 through turbo tax for my Federal Tax & got accepted the same day. I checked IRS website today and refund approved and says tax refund is scheduled to be sent to my bank by 2/18/16. We paid the fees upfront so hopefully I get my refund this week.

Turbo tax has not updated at all to even show approvedStill the fastest tax year yet for me. I am used to waiting at least all of the 21 days so I’m very happy!

3 threads now for this! Haha Though I think this is the only one labeled specifically sbbt its being discussed elsewhere too. Looks like so far no one for 2/18 has had any sbbt updates yet.
