Anyone having issue with offset hotline?

Greetings!

Updated last night to DDD of 3/6, but got TT 203. Not aware of owing anything other than local taxes from last year. WMR shows the full amount, and calling the offset hotline says there are no offsets. BUT, I can only access option 1. Option 2 just loops me back to the start. Anyone having a similar issue?

@Amanda When I made the post, option 2 wasn’t working, it just kept going back to the main menu. Finally got it working and found out the DOE is taking it all. What’s complete crap is that almost all of my tax returns over the past nearly 30 years has been taken to pay for it. There’s not a single record of anything having been put towards the loan, and nobody to talk to about it. At this point, the money should not be owed, I got a partial refund two years ago, and a full refund last year with NO letters saying I owed more. And nothing on credit reports either. All I can do is wait and see, then figure out my options from there. Best ofluck to everyone.

Call back press option 2. If you see 203 offset code and full amount it will not update for a few days. But they took your money.

Wmr on full refund amount until sat 3/2. They took every penny.

I stayed on this thread in hopes maybe there was a mistake. There wasn’t. If you have doe loans this year they took every cent. And good luck trying to get ahold of anyone to resolve. I’ve called over 20 different times and they hang up or tell me there are so many calls I will just have to call back another day.

Same here. DDD 3/6 tt203. Offset line says no offsets, and their hotline is looping around as u stated. WMR reflects same refund amount as what I filed. Sure hope all of this doesn’t jam up Wednesdays deposit. ……..Sigh……

Me too got ddd 3/6 but got offset code called offset line no debts owed

Literally same thing. Same DDD same Topic but offset line says I don’t owe anything
