I received an update last Thursday 4/4 that it was processed?
Told I would get a call 4/5 with update.. No call..
Still no call.
I’m a weekly hoping for update on transcripts tonight. 4/12
I was able to call and find out the amount I would be getting. But I have absolutely no clue when I will get it.

My TA called and left a brief message at 7am and said that IRS is still processing my return and she will call me with an update in 30 days, WHAT! It has been 30 days and now it’s going to be another 30 days!! OMG. Tried calling her back and her Supv but just got Voicemail and left messages, so I will see if/when they call me back. I was just over $700 on my AGI and corrected it and they have the amended return, not sure why it will take another 30 days!!!

I also noticed that my wmr hasn’t updated to match my transcripts and from what I have seen online is with the 840 refund issued (cause its a manual refund issued) wmr won’t update

@everyone that has been told their refund has been released. My TA told me the same thing when he called on 3/26/2019 that mine was released and that I would have my money in 5-10 days he had expedited mine but when I looked at my transcripts when they updated 3/29 it said 840 refund issued 3/26/2019 the same day he called and said it was released. I did ask him when my ddd date would be and that is when he reiterated that I would have it in 5-10 days cause they were mailing a check cause mine was expedited and manually entered.. So I am under the impression the day its released is the day they will issue you a check.. Hope this helps

I spoke with my TA supervisor yesterday, she said the irs released my refund 3/29 but I don’t have a ddd yet? She said allow 2-3 more weeks? Does this seem right?? She also said she noted for my TA to call me back within 10 days. I thought if the irs released the hold I would update but I have nothing

When I called the hotline they told me the same thing, my documents were recieved but they needed more time to process it, was suppose to be completed 3/27. They transferred me to the dept. that has my return, I waited 4 hours on hold to be hung up on! I have no updates, bc my TA still hasn’t called me. I’m so over this

My TA told me very clearly I will call you, don’t call me. We called today to say she has submitted the w2 to irs and they have 5 days to review and release funds. She said she will call me if they need anything else but I should see it released by end of next week.
She was not nice but very direct. -

I was basically told the same thing when I called the hotline. It was suppose to be completed 3/27 and my TA was suppose to call me for an update that day, I still haven’t recieved a cal from her. I’m so tired of this

My TA talked to me on the initial set up 3/2. I faxed some docs and was told 10-14 days. I would get a return call on April 1st but would most likely be done way before that.I tried calling to get an update yesterday, no answer. Tried today, no answer. Called the hotline found out that docs were submitted, but nothing has been started. Notes said processing should have been completed by 3/21.. Left a voicemail to hopefully get a follow up and a thru line…
I’m extremely done with this tax season and all the stress it’s causing.

I have called my TA for almost 2weeks leaving messages and no call back so I called tel:1-877-777-4778 early in the a.m. and advised them that I was not getting any return calls and the rep gave me 2 different telephone numbers to call, one was my TA’s supv. And the other number was another type of supv. So I called right away and left messages for both of them and within 30 mins I received a call back and my questions were answered and she stated my TA will call me back on the 1st of April for updates.

The TA is a part of the…..
IRS!!??!!
Of course they’re not going to give a flying fig about you. “IRS won’t help you, here, call another department of the IRS.” BS

@Edgar I saw someone else saying the same thing on another forum and they finally called their local TA office and was assigned a TA because it had been so long since they filed. They didnt need a hardship but the National line told them to just wait it out.

Sounds like you have the same TA I have. It’s seriously impossible to talk to her. She doesnt answer the phone or return phone calls. I was given her supervisors info from the National hotline and she hasnt returned my call either.

I can’t even get a TA to talk to me. Fuckers keep saying I need an eviction letter or shut-off notice.
I guess people who just want their fuking money and pay their bills don’t qualify?? Stupid fuking gov’t. Dumbest rules ever…
