      “I filed 1/30/18 at 3:51 pm with TurboTax I used a new account this year from last year after I efiled my return I received an email saying my return was being placed on hold for 48 hrs because I used a different account as of today 2/1/18 9:05pm my return still has not been transmitted to the IRS or State it’s been well over the 48 hr hold anyone else have this issue if so when it will be released and submitted to the IRS or do I need to re-file with another company? “

              I had the same thing happen to me as well. I filed 1/18 and it was told it was being held for 48 hours. It finally transmitted on the 29th (due to finally being opening day I assume) but it wasn’t until later in the day. I would give it until tomorrow before contacting them because I did last Friday before opening day and they just gave me the cookie cutter answer to wait another 48 hours after being sent before contacting again. I was completely frustrated too but it was accepted and now waiting.
