      Hey very confused, 2/15- 2/16 up until 12am 2/17 everything was normal and just said it was still processing when i checked that morning it now says information is does not match, re enter information…idk what that means im freaking out wondering if its just the system… but when i call i get the automated message that it is processing. Anyone getting that message and if so did anything change and were you able to log your info in?

          i have been able to view no problem and today i get the message

          information does not match

            I was exactly the same as you guys I literally tried the website again right now and now it’s saying we have received your tax return and now it’s being processed..it’s allowing me to check.. hopefully ddd soon

              I have the same thing. When I call it says being processed. When I go online it says info entered is incorrect.

                It happened to me yesterday, and I already have a DDD. I believe it’s just a glitch in the system. Wait a little while then try again.
