Last year when I got this message it was because they were done processing my return but because of the path they can’t give you a date for deposit yet. I got mine on like the 20th last year. Just be calm because everyone I know that got that message meant it was done processing. I have that message as well

I have that message as well and it has been there for a week at least. No movement on end topic 152.
I filed and was accepted 1/19 through tt. That would make 2/9 My 21st day.
Fingers crossed a deposit drops.

@JTG are your bars still present? It seems that if you can still see your bars and have that message then your stuff is being processed. That’s what my WMR did. I got accepted on 01/18 (had one bar and the same message you are seeing), approved on 01/22 and my funds dropped on 01/30.

If you don’t see your bars, then I can’t comment b/c I don’t know what it means when the bars disappear (as I’ve seen many people say they’ve experienced this too for many different reasons).

Yes I’m in the same boat! I got this message last Saturday and it still reads this today no update for me. My account transcript shows all zeros stating tax return not filed

Uodated to PATH today.. Now to wait.. Thinking we might see refunds on 2/14 or DD dates for 2/21. I am a weekly so wont know until next Saturday.. 😊

Got this message last year. It does not mean you have to do identy verification.
Just a message they give everyone

I got this last year and for me it was because I forgot to enter my 1095-A info, tons of people got it for ID verify, but it usually means you’ll be getting a letter in the mail in the next week with further instructions.

Got this message on 1/20/18 and been there ever since. I was able to order both of my transcripts on 1/22. Have NOT updated to PATH message. Last year I went from 1 bar to DD 2/22, recv;d funds that day! Never even went to 2nd bar and WMR updated after I recv;d my refund, go figure! I will say this, 2/15 was the day IRS started releasing funds and I got it exactly 7 days after. I am a weekly and hoping to update tonight or tomorrow. I am not worried about ID verify as this is the same for me as last year..

It seems like a lot of us lost our bars and got this message in the last 24 hours. I’m seeing a lot of instances of this meaning the IRS needs to verify your identity. I added my driver’s license info when I filed specifically to avoid this. So frustrating.
