Anyone filing 1/27 please read….

Filed 1/27 accepted same date TT
No path credits
HOH, one dependent
Bars left on 2/14 showing still processing with tt152 and refund amount.
Transcripts still na with date 2/24 and 0.00 stating no return filed

Called IRS on 2/21 after I did not update. She was unsure of why I was being held up. She stated that a letter was mailed out on 2/19 but did not say why. She thought it was a missed form for insurance…but I told her I have insurance through my employer. She said she could not see what was wrong. She did not say “review” but said it was moved to another department “she said suspension, I think”. I have yet to receive this letter. I should not take 7 days to receive a letter. No changes in filing for the past 5 years, same job for 17 years, same kid for 5 years….any ideas? I do not want to call again because I am sure they will throw me in the “review’ category. as of this morning transcripts are NA….I would think that if the indeed were sending me a letter that my trascripts would have updated to an error code?
