Anyone filed with H&R Block loading funds to ererald card?

I filed on the 1/13/17and was accepted on the 1/17/17 I checked wmr and bars are gone with first topic 152 then that went away the got the “path message” called IRS stood on hold over 2. Hours no answers so I called my emerald card and they played a message saying I get my ddd on 2/8/17? Anyone else called there emerald card and get a ddd?

I was told the hole time I was getting it on the 8th called back now I gotta wait till the 15th god… I heard the ones who filled early will be deposited on the 13 and be in accounts on 15th

N i just asked them if they are showing any kind of information regarding my return. Pending deposits etc. Told em I cldnt see anything but the path act message. N she gave me that info.

I just called HR Block emerald card customer service number. Spoke with someone within there who told me that the irs will b releasing it on 2/13. I had fees withheld for filing return so maybe they were able to see when that wld b paid and was able to give me a date based off that. Idk. All I know is I called and that is what I was told.

What question did you ask them? Did you call H&R Block themselves or IRS?? How would they know what day you’re getting your return even though no one with EITC or ACTC??

I didn’t do the emerald card this year because last year they were all delayed. Everyone who had direct deposit got them so much faster. My advice, be patient. None of the dates I was told for 2 years held up

So I called HR Block n spoke with someone. She said that it looks like the IRS will b releasing my return on the 2/13. Still a Lil bit of a wait. As last year I got it on 2/10 but at least I know what’s going on. Since the wheres my refund just shows me the path act crap lol

I had to a representative to get the information once I got someone on the phone I asked if I had a DDD or a pending deposite

I have the emerald card and it sends me texts everyday with a status update from short code 73254. Today and yesterday I received the same one. This is what it says…
Estimated refund date is closer! The IRS doesn’t send HRB your exact funding date. Check irs.gov/refunds for the most up to date info. Reply STOP to opt-out.
Also when I call the emerald card, it just gives me a automated thing stating that my return was accepted on the 23rd. N that they will update their systems when funds have been loaded to my emerald card.

I go to h&r and get the emerald card every year. I have never tried calling the emerald card except to see if there has been a deposit, but maybe I will give it a try. I filed and was accepted the 28th though so I’m guessing I still have awhile.
