      Filed H&R Block online 1/27 accepted that same day.

      After reading some other threads I realize I may have goofed up my taxes. Has anyone with Truffle been required to send in 1095 or other health insurance form? The service I used just asked me if I had insurance all year and I indicated yes I did but did not fill out another form.
