Got my DDD of 2/23 on transcripts this morning.. republic bank still says as of 5:44pm CST they haven’t received a refund for my social 😒. Anyone else?

Just as predicted we got our refunds those with DD of 2/22 and 2/23. I came when it said it would and this forum stresses me out every time. Now all are quiet and disappeared but everyone that’s still waiting it will come and people should have new updates today!

Finally got SBTPG to load. And I’m funded! That was at about 11:25 am EST. Just waiting on the funds to hit my account sometime today. DDD 2/23, but SBTPG says sent today, 2/22. Bank with Wells Fargo, no advance, fees tsken out of refund. Filed 1/30/23, was PATH & claimed EITC & CTC 😊

Go to sbtpg.com click on for tax payers and put in ss number refund amount and filing status and it will show you or you can call the 1-800 number and check

Just let the site load takes a few minutes but it will load. They just have everyone logging in at once. Took me like 5 mins to see mines change starts at unfunded and then it slowly changes.

Still showing unfunded but that usually updates late 2 evening 2 days prior or the day before my DDD for me and then its there by the time I wake up day of my DDD but im also 3hours ahead of SBTPG. its never gone in early for me while I’ve had fees taken out, now the years I do pay fees upfront, its always in a day or two ahead of time bc of my bank.

The TT “Payment Complete” hack is very hit and miss. I’ve had it say completed while still on the PATH message, I’ve had it never say completed and got my money. It’s not really anything to go off of.

I spoke with CK rep they said will receive deposit 02/23 and to allow 3 additional days . Which I hope isn’t the case. DDD 2/23

If you didn’t have fees taken out or receive the advance then it won’t go thru SBTPG from what I understand it would go straight to your bank. If I’m wrong someone will comment I’m sure

I found that if you load the turbo tax app and click add a state, get to the screen where you select the tax form, then go back to the turbo tax home screen and select “view order details” it’ll update to, “Order Status: Payment Complete.” Hope this helps.

So when I finally spoke to a live person at SBTPG (had payment taken out of refund and advance with credit karma and used TT) she said they’ve received my funds (my ddd is 2/23) but said it was scheduled to be processed 2/22 and sent to bank 2/23
I stated that it says on theirs and TT that they don’t hold funds . She said they have to go through the processing steps. Doesn’t make sense if you received my funds on 17th and scheduled them toProcess on 22nd

ugh my bank usually releases 2-3 days early, not sure what the delay is though – transcript is good wmr is 2/3 bars but ddd is tomorrow so idk, just waiting to see if it drops today or tomorrow.

PNC bank here as well, they don’t even give paychecks at midnight on Fridays guys they will probably hold until the darn 22nd. They want every penny of interest they can earn while they lend the swift accounts out until due.

Still unfunded, asked a question about DD and instead of answering someone at sbtpg switched my dd to a cashier’s check, been fighting this since yesterday and gotten nowhere, apparently once they switch it over to a cashiers check they cant switch it back to direct deposit. Turbo Tax wont even try to contact SBTPG to help me out because I haven’t been able to talk to anyone over the phone, tickets/email ignored. I really hope you guys have better experiences.

@GoFigure actually Republic told me today not everyone’s showed up yesterday it can actually show up any day up until the actual DDD. I just know moving forward I will pay fees upfront. Last year I paid up front my DDD was 2/24 & I received it 2/18.

IRS already released your money. If your DD is 2/23, IRS released it yesterday. It’s your bank that’s the problem and they are holding it. Fees taken out of refund??? That’s another wait… especially thru SBTPG.

I want to say if you pay your fees up front you get your refund back faster when you don’t pay your fees and they get taken out your refund you have to wait for sbtpg to receive and take out fees and send it to you

@momof5-2008 Even if it was funded on SBTPG they will not release the funds till the very last minute unfortunately. They do it every single year and hold up a lot of refunds. If you have a DDD of the 23rd, you can mostly expect it as early as the 22nd but no sooner.
