Anyone else have to idverify this year?

I filed 1/13 accepted 1/17 bars disappeared 1/28 up until today I had no idea what was going on. I finally got my letter today that I had to idverify. So I called them answered all the questions and passed. The lady said i’ll have my refund within 9 weeks or so. Just wondering if anybody else has had to do the idverify this year and if so how long did it take for them to finally fully process you. Just hoping it doesn’t take the full 9 weeks or more. I also am a weekly and have the eic and actc credits. Thanks for the answers guys.

yeah no worries your back where they left off at. watch how quick you get your ddd. i felt the same way last year. i was so worried about the 9 weeks til it made me get a tax advocate the next day. the very same day she got assigned to my case she looked up my info and was like their done processing it. i was like not possible, and she said yeah possible. she told me at anytime i should see a ddd. a week later it was their. so trust me you have nothing to worry about

That def made me feel better. I’ve googled it and just read a lot of horror stories on the results lol God knows we all need our money. Just never had to do this before so I didn’t know what to expect. I guess all I can do is hope and pray. Hoping to maybe see some results on wmr Saturday morning. Thank you for the response tho. Seems like a lot of us have to verify this year. Its crazy.

I got the letter also but the guy told me that i had to waiting until friday to call because he didnt have any info.

hell no it doesn’t take 9 weeks. i had to verify last year. after verifying within a week i received my ddd. after verifying i said to my self the same thing, 9 weeks is crazy. so i called back and asked about the 9 weeks and i end up speaking with a more humble and honest rep. she told me the 9 weeks thing is what they are trained to tell us. she said its not gonna take that long. she told me she’s heard of people getting their ddd no later then a couple weeks. the next week later i so call happen to get my ddd. so just to give you comfort, you’ll get it within a week or so. im not just speaking of me but last years several others in my situation claimed to get theirs in the same time frame as i got mine.

I found out I also will have to ID verify. Still waiting on my letter so I can call in. May I ask what all information you had to provide to ID verify?
