Filed 1/23. Accepted same day. No bars on WMR in nine days. I basically give up. I’m assuming there’s an issue at that point. Gonna call Tuesday or Wednesday. Will never file early again. And am changing how much I put in next year. The couple thousand at the start of the year isn’t worth the headache

Count 21 days from Jan 28th that’s what the irs told me. I was accepted on the 17th

The 21 day rule is also irrelevant when it comes to PATHers, PATHers are an exception to the 21 day rule

The 21 days start on the 28th of January, the first day that the irs officially opens tax season The 21 days rule does not apply to when you file your taxes.. Your 21 days would be up on the 18th. Should see some movement by then.

yes but Path with EITC AND Actc do not count under 21 days as I was accepted back on Jan 14 and processed on 01/24.
