My cycle code is 20220404, I filed 1/24 checked my transcript And have a processing date of 2/14 but nothing else, does anyone else have this cycle code? What does it mean. I’m also a pather.

Um I’m not lying and I’m not a troll I follow this forum very closely, I’m a PATHER fees being taken out as of date 2/14 cycle code 005. my sister wouldn’t lie to me.

I filed 1/24 accepted same day been sitting with as of date 2/14/2022 every since 1/29 cycle code 20220405. No 846 code on transcript every other code there filed with H&R

It is very possible pathers could see money if they paid fees upfront and their banks release right away. Many have ddd of 2/14 and it’s sends out days prior

My sister is a PATHER does not check her transcripts and never looks at cycle codes ect. She got her refund today

The as of date is a joke and almost never really means anything, mine still says as of June 14 2021 but my transcripts have updated multiple times since then. I got the deposit today I’ve been waiting for since last year and my transcript for this year shows everything except an 846 code as I’m path and have been for quite some time.

i dont know what this as of date is or means that everyone is talking about. im a pather i filed i believed last few days of jan beg of feb and my transcripts says as of date jan 3, 2022 and my transcripts still show 2020 taxes that were filed in 2021.

I’m a true PATH’er…for several years now. I filed on 1/24, accepted same day. My transcripts say Cycle 20220405, Date 2/14/22. Hoping that means DDD of the following day onto my Netspend card!!!! Crossing my toes and fingers!

The 12 day this is not true. To anyone counting on that don’t. None of my transcripts ever followed that hog wash. If you are a PATHer nothing with happen until mid-February, so next week start looking.

That’s not true. My as of date is Feb 21 2022 and minus 12 days would be today. Transcripts still N/A no update to credits or anything.

Soooo a little birdie told me that the as of date is about 12 days after you receive your refund. I checked my transcripts for the past few years and it matched. So take 12 days away from the “As of” date and that’ll be your DDD

Checked my last year transcripts, and I had a processing date of March 8th with an 846 for 2/22/21…
So if history repeats itself, I definitely should see my refund by the end of next week.
Hopefully you guys get answers Friday. I’ve been stalking my transcripts ever since WMR updated to one bar. LOL
I come to this forum every year so I can get a feel for how this tax season is going.

My husband is 100% a pather and got a DDD for 2/11. I even doubled checked his return today for EIC and ACTC sure enough it was a yes. He claims our 2 year old. Last year he got this path message as well but this year his was super smooth whereas im still stuck on path. We filed 1/26 and we’re both accepted same day.

@ME I am a daily and have not seen an update today, as of yet anyway. Hopefully the rest do! I have an as of date of 2/21, refund codes are there but no 846 yet.

@AutumnC then most likely the rest of us that have a 2/14 date will have a 846 code by Friday. i do not see updates any other day and I’m a weekly with a 05 code. I’ve watched this since we have had that PATH Act and I never see update prior to Friday. Anyone with a process date of 2/14 will have an update this Friday I believe and any dailys should have seen one today.

Yes I have 3 children, I’ve got the path message since 2017 on WMR.
That’s just what my transcript says, I’ve read other people who are pathers have the same 846 date. Totally weird. That’s why I say I’m hoping to see my refund by the 19th!

If she is a daily it is 100% possible she sees a 846 code. The weekly’s will see an update Friday.

@LambFan The IRS does not say the 15th this year they just said mid February. It may be possible that this person did get their updated refund information.

@AutumnC Are you sure your a PATHer then? your not mistaking the ACTC for the CTC? because nobody should have a DDD of anything prior to 2/15 on the 846 if thats the case.

Transcripts are all filled out with as of date of 2/14.

I read on another thread the refunds are all processed, they’re just waiting for the date to be able to send. Idk how true that is, so I’m taking it with a grain of salt. I’ve been checking SBTG daily too just incase it sends before my transcripts and WMR updates.

@ RazorLeaf My tax return is almost identical to your situation (except I filed on the 23rd). I do believe everything has been moving very quickly this year it seems, so hopefully we see deposits as early as 2/18!

I think that makes sense as well. My transcripts have all been available since the last Friday in January. I have a processed date of 2/14/22. Just need the 846 code. Hopefully it will update Saturday will a deposit for wed.

Angelia, that makes 100% perfect sense to me. Those words exactly said not issued before mid- Feb. I think all those processed already with 2/14 and 2/21 processing dates will be released that week of the 15th and the week after.

Understanding the PATH ACT Law for EIC or ACTC. If those accepted on 1/24/22 and an as of 2/14/22 , a day before Path lifts and 21 days exactly to when most Americans should receive refunds, meaning ours should have already been processed especially if we are able see our transcripts, then shouldn’t our DD date be 2/15/2022. It shouldn’t matter rather we are weekly or daily. Path Law plainly states no refund issued not processed until the 15th. Does this make sense to anyone else?
