      Has anyone affected by PATH act received their Wisconsin state refund? Mine was accepted on 1/14/2017 but says 8-12 weeks to finish processing. I can’t find anything about Wisconsin following?

          Thanks! My state actually updated yesterday and I have a DDD by 2/5. Hoping it hits before that as that is a Sunday.

            The 8-12 week message is the default message everyone will get. It simply means your return hasn’t started processing yet.

            If you are still waiting for a change after this long, most likely you will receive a letter in the mail asking you to ID verify. After you have completed those steps in that letter, it states to wait 6 business days for the Wisconsin tracker to update.

            Source: myself, 2 years in a row being required to ID verify in Wisconsin.

              I filed 1/22 and my refund has a dd of 2/1. it was pending my account as of Friday and available today.
