Anyone adopted a kid the prior year

My wife and I adopted our 14 year old son in December of last year. We were his foster parents for over a year but we didn’t claim him last year. This year since the adoption was finalized and we had him in our home for the entire year, we added him. Those of you that have adopted a child and claimed them for the first time, were you flagged? If so did you have to provide any documentation proving the adoption was final? I am just trying to figure out if we might be delayed at all due to it.

My husband and I adopted 3 children in November 2018. We haven’t had issues or been flagged each time we file. We have not been asked for anything to prove the adoption
