Anyone accepted with CREDIT KARMA!??

I filed yesterday the 27th with Credit Karma because it was completely free. Previous years I have filed with taxact but they’re prices rise every year and its $40 just to file state! After I filed I began to look for information on others who have used it and have heard it takes days to weeks to get approved. With tax act I always got approved with hours. Now I’m nervous about having used the program. Has anyone been accepted yet or have you used them before?

@Sandra, I am in the exact same boat, Filed w/CK on 1/28, Fed accepted 1/30, not accepted with AZ yet.I have done some research and now due to a recent law, the state return can not be submitted electronically, without including the federal also. So since we have already filed both returns we are stuck waiting it out unfortunately. The only other option is to print and mail your return which will take even longer.

I have also been posting and monitoring the AZ State refund forum and there is some good info there as well. I agree it is very frustrating because it has never taken this long just to be accepted.

I filed on 01/23/2020 and my federal was accepted on 01/27/2020. My state of Arizona has yet to be submitted. I sent messages and chatted with agents and they cannot provide any information. The State of Arizona has no record of my return information. It has never taken more than 24-48 hrs for my taxes to be submitted and accepted for both state and federal. I understand it can take up to 30 days to process a refund but for submission it does not. I cannot get any answers from Credit Karma and have yet to hear back by email and I submitted a request twice. Should I just submit my AZ taxes on the state website or wait longer. This is very frustrating.

Federal accepted immediately

New York state still pending

New York states website says I got
“Credit for filing” on 2/1
With a confirmation number

But when I check status on new York states website
It says my refund amount is incorrect.

Ive tried to contact credit karma 5 times over passed 10 days and NO RESPONSE
Used chat they tell you nothing. And then they say they will email you. BUT NOTHING

I am curious if anyone has had any updates on their state returns when using Credit Karma. I, like the others, had my fed update on WMR before I received the accepted email from CK but since then, nothing. My state, Arizona, has still not been accepted and when I track it on the state site, they do not show receiving it. I filed on 1/28. I don’t know if this is a state issue or Credit Karma issue…or both :(

CK hasn’t updated for state yet but I tracked on where’s my California state refund Site & it shows received as of 2/1

I’ve used credit karma 2 previous times to this year and not had any difficulties. I did notice that the ‘ accepted’ didn’t process on credit karma’s site to the following day. But I did check wmr and it showed accepted there.

My federal finally showed accepted in credit karma this morning, and WMR shows approved and a DD of 2/5. Still nothing from State. Ohio still shows that it hasn’t been received. I wonder if CK holds the state until the federal is accepted, just in case there’s issues with the federal that would affect the state return.

I filed with CK 1/26 , federal refund was accepted 1/28 but nothing on the state side so far. I’m starting to get a little worried but fingers crossed I see some progress this week

CK is slow on updating. Both my state and fed accepted. Sons also.

Ok so I checked around 1:30 and I had one bar on WMR. Credit Karma still showing pending. Nothing from state

I filed with CK last year and this year.

Last year I filed on 1/26, it was accepted 1/28, I got my refund 2/22.

This year I filed on 1/24 around 3pm. It was accepted 1/27 around 9am. As of today only one bar on WMR and N/A on my transcripts though.

It is the 31st and I filed on the 27th and I still have not gotten notification that my federal pr state was accepted. I keep seeing people saying that my state accepted theirs from 30 minutes to within 24 hours. I have seen people say their state was accepted within hours and that is normally the case for me. I have read forums where no one has been accepted yet through Credit Karma. There has to be something wrong with their system because the IRS nor my state has record of me filing! This will be my first and last time filing with them. Has anyone been accepted through them??!!

I filed with CK last year with no problem. This year I filed on the 10th and still have not been accepted or rejected……just nothing. The IRS app has no record we filed and the IRS website does not have any info on our return either.

I have used them last 3 years with no issues. Took 2-3 days for acceptance and got refund in 10 or so days.

I did my son’s and my husband and I’s taxes Jan 27 and we were accepted today. Last year we had to do innocent spouse and everything went smoothly too.

Does that mean it was accepted and CK is just messing up?

I filed on 1/26 and I also used credit karma for the first time and have not been accepted yet. I’m not stressing yet but am starting to get that uneasy feeling. Hope we see some movement tonight brother.

Filed with CK early and was accepted 1/22 with EIC and ACTC. Don’t sweat it, The IRS just opened yesterday!
