      I still haven’t got my state deposit but noticed my 500 advance was paid back Do they hold the rest until they want to deposit

          I wonder how that happens because I have the Emerald card and got an advance and I got my whole state refund. They did not take fees or the advance out of my state

            I did not get an advance, however I did choose to have my fees for filing taken out of my refund. Can you check if that was paid on the emerald site? I have looked and don’t see anywhere that I owe fees.

                And thru the emerald app u can see your advance balance paid off

                  I just called emerald card and they pay fees and advance with my state still waiting on fed so basically I won’t see my state . U can call emerald they’ll tell u how much u got in state and how it got disbursed

                      We have the Emerald Card and still are processing on WMR. Filed and accepted 1/28 EITC and ACTC

                        How can you tell if your advance was paid off? I’d like to check on mine. Filed 2/1 no state or federal deposit yet
