I filed and was accepted 1/28.
Only getting EITC and using standard deduction.

I can’t look at transcripts because I can’t verify with phone so I’m stuck with WMR. It seems everyone, even people that filed after me, have switched to PATH message. Now I’m stressing because mine hasn’t moved from 1 bar and Tax Topic:152. ☹

Transcripts na. Haven’t updated to path. Still sitting on one bar. Filed and accepted 2/5. Last year it I had to wait till the very end of the month and filed earlier than this year.

N/A on transcript, no path message, just one bar and topic 152. Accepted on 2/3 so we sit. 😩 Could be worse; could be last year. 😬😳

Thank you so much! I honestly forgot all about path act because I didn’t file last year, and the year before I had filed after it lifted so I never took it into account. You eased my stress quite a bit!

It’s looking like hopefully it won’t be much longer. I’ve seen some people(non path) say they never saw anything on the transcripts and then all of a sudden they had a DDD. Maybe the same will happen for us!

Also, I filed on 2/1; so its only been 10 days for me. Tax season started on 1/24 this year. I always make it my business to file in the first week of February if I could. A lot of early filers seem to get caught up in the “test-batch” and if you are a PATHer, then you end up waiting longer than those who waited until the season opened. People often forget that PATH affected filers will still have to wait until Feb 15th before their return is processed.

My situation matches yours exactly. I claimed the same and I’m on 1 bar as well. No update to my transcripts yet

I still have my 1 bar. I wouldn’t worry about it, because there are still a lot of us PATHers out there what are sitting on 1 bar. I think it has a lot to do with processing times. The PATH Act doesn’t lift for another 3 days anyway. We may just jump to 2 bars this year, instead of the dreaded PATH message ;)

I heard that that is getting sent out to people that are coming up on their 21 days and just trying to let people know it’s taking a little while longer. Plus I think your 21 days will be the day PATH lifts. At least it shows a little movement on your end!

So, at least from what I’ve read on here, you shouldn’t be too stressed with that message.
