Any pathers get a DD of 2/9?

Do any pathers have a DD deposit date of 2/9 and a processing date of 2/21 or 2/14? I’m just curious if any pathers will get their refund on 2/9. If any pather gets paid this Wednesday, let us know

I am a PATH’er. I just checked my transcripts for 2021 and I see processing date of 2/14/2022. Cycle posted 20220405. I filed on 1/24/22 with H & R Block and having fees taken out of return. SIX MORE DAYS! Hopefully refund will be deposited on 2/15/22.

@Lexuhry Then she wasn’t on PATH framework. You can confirm this by checking her transcripts and looking for the 768 tax code. She might have claimed 3 children (and the rest of the CTC if she opted in), but that is not the same as the ACTC (additional) or EIC.

I’m not sure if this is true though. My sister whom I filed taxes for received a dd of 2/9 and she is a pather which made me hop on here to see if anyone else received theirs.
She filed 1/30, 3 children, dd of 2/9 and she received her refund today.

Unfortunately for those covered under the PATH act, barring a literal act of god (or the IRS making a colossal mistake), we’re playing the waiting game until at *least* February 15th. Just speaking from my experience and as someone who has cruised this forum as well as the Facebook page for many years, I would say to anticipate a direct deposit the week after the 15th. Just my experience :) cheers!

By law, nobody who claimed EIC or ACTC will receive their refund before the 15th of February. Anybody who claims that they do get their refund before that are either mistakenly believing that they fall under the PATH act or are just trolling.

Ctc doesn’t make you path. Actc additional child tax credit and/or eic

I’m not sure I have a DD of 2/9 but claimed the 3600 CTC not sure though never received any message about it

I don’t think any path person has dd of 2/9 but wouldn’t surprise me if some get money before the 15th. If irs gives a ddd of 2/17 or so it would be possible some people would see refund around the 13. Read a lot of people had dd 2/9 but fees taking out but was at the sbgt(or whatever it is) on Friday.

Nope, im processed with as of date 2/14. Nothing will be paid out to PATH filers til after that date.
