      Kind of redundant post but I wanted to post one with a specific title to see if I can gain knowledge from past experiences.
      Several of us had previously updated to the PATH status on WMR as expected. Now, all of a sudden our WMR won’t accept our information. When putting in the verified correct info, WMR says “info does not match. please renter correct information.”

      Has anyone had this experience in the past and what did it mean for you?

          I filed my sister taxes and it’s saying the exact same thing when trying to check online. When calling it’s providing the same information. Her return was accepted on 2/14. I filed about 6 other returns prior to this date with no issues. I did see on previous posts about ID Verify for people that have moved.

              It’s the system in overload call the 18008291040 to check it.

                I have the same problem, I have tried all the filing options as I read from online but non worked. But it has worked before I was able to check my refund just last night, but just this morning I am getting error message saying I have entered incorrect information.
