ANY JH/SERVE REFUNDS FOR 2/23???

I am still waiting. The whole reason I filed with JH was because they were offering the refund advance and advertising that I could get my refund up to 2 days sooner. I guess the key words were COULD & UP TO. I will never use JH again. Last year I filed multiple returns by E-file and paper and still received my return faster than this year. I wonder if it is the PATH act or what? I don’t see many JH/Serve filers stating that they have their returns. Anyone else?

I fied with them for the same reason, on 1/4 accepted 1/13 test batch, approved 2/13 DDD 2/23 SBTPG still has not updated, I called was told they hadn’t received it, but had a large batch to issue, Amex Serve said two days early, now not even sure if I will receive it on the DDD date. I will never file with JH again if they continue to use SBTPG. My friend used them in another city with Republic Bank got the dvance and serve had DDD of 2/22 received hers on 2/18

Filed 27th. Approved sometime last week. Seeing other with Thiers. I got fee taken out and got advance. So what gives?

Did you have fees taken out and/ or a refund advance?. This is my first year with Jackson Hewitt and my last. Not only was the preparer an idiot but my refund is still not received by sbtpg my DDD is tomorrow.
