Today I requested transcripts by phone. When I entered my info with our new address, it said it didn’t match their info, so I called back and entered it with our old address and it allowed me to order 2018 transcripts.

Filed 1/30 HRB
Accepted 1/30 (within 15 min)
Email received from HRB 8 hours later “We have an update on your federal return. It is being held due to PATH act….”

  So more than likely your transcript will show all zeros no returned filed or just the info from last year

  That’s means your return has not been processed yet because when it is your new address will update
