      Lost bars/ resequenced 2/9

      TA sent request to release refund along with identity verification 2/17

      No notices, no bars, WMR “your tax return is still being processed”, refund amount never changed, tax topic 152 disappeared a while back.

      WMR currently down so no update yet today.

      TA is suppose to call me 3/10 with update and info.

      Irs says 6-8 weeks from 2/9 nothing I need to do or could do.

          So far I’ve seen nothing from my TA.. She took my info and sent an email to the irs. Then gave them 2 weeks to respond which is up today. Idk what happens if they don’t respond.

          An irs agent mailed me transcripts but this years were blank. I told her id ordered them multiple times and they didn’t show up. Which is true. So she printed them and sent them out.

            Yep same as me. I thought when I was able to request a mailed copy of my return I was getting somewhere … Nope! Letter said the same thing it says on line. Let me know if the TA is any help. I’ve considered it myself but haven’t contacted one yet.

              So frustrated. It’s ridiculous my return is super simple. Everything is basic with one eic. So tired of waiting and no info or help from agents.

              My WMR still has nothing as of today.

              Hopefully my TA is helpful and calls tm. She is suppose to anyway. Maybe she’ll she’d some light on this. Considering they’ve had my return forever and need nothing from me.

              I requested my transcripts by mail and received letters saying they could not send them. Call identity issues #.

                Same boat! Just got off the phone with them again this morning. I was told the same thing 6-8 weeks from 2/9 & nothing i can do to speed it up.
